  • Swimming Pool

  • The swimming pool is seasonal
  • The pool is covered with a safety net when not in use
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult/parent
  • Towels can be provided at an additional cost
  • Accommodation

  • Our rooms are not self-catering - food may not be prepared in rooms
  • Smoking in rooms are prohibited - please use demarcated smoking areas
  • Décor in the rooms may vary from images portrayed on the website
  • No visitors are allowed in the rooms
  • Accommodation is not transferable
  • No cash refunds will be considered
  • Children under 12 pays half price
  • Meals

  • Supper is served from at 19H00 (Mondays to Thursday) unless prior arrangements have been made
  • Breakfast is served at 07H00 unless prior arrangements have been made
  • Children under 12 are entitled to free breakfast
  • Lunch packs are available on request
  • Food is prepared in a facility that may contain the following allergens: Nuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, soy, seeds and red meat

  • An external laundry service is available at an additional cost

  • Safety signs must be adhered to all times
  • Room keys will not be handed to a third party, please collect the keys on arrival

  • Pest control is done monthly by: PEST CONTROL SPECIALISTS
  • The insect and dust mite killers that we use contains the following active ingredients
  • Permethrin: 2.25g/l
  • Bioallethrin: 0.45 g/l (REG.NO: L6988 (Act No. 36 of 1947)
  • A Public Health Permit and a Certificate of Acceptability, both issued by Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality is available on request

  • Deposit Policy

    Unless otherwise stipulated, the following deposits apply:

  • More than 30 days prior to check in - 50% of the full invoice amount is payable as deposit
  • Up to 30 days prior to check in - 100% of the full invoice amount is payable as deposit
  • Special bookings - 50% of the full invoice amount is payable to secure your booking and the remainder to be paid 30 days prior to check-in
  • Cancellation Policy

    Unless otherwise stipulated, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • More than 7 days prior to check in - 50% of the full invoice amount will be charged as cancellation fee
  • Up to 7 days prior to check in -100% of the full invoice amount will be charged as cancellation fee
  • Peak Periods -100% of the full invoice amount will be charged irrespective of the date of the cancellation
  • No shows will be charged at 100% of the full accommodation fee
  • Early departures (i.e. checking out before the departure date) will be charged at 100% of the full invoice amount and no refunds will be given

    RATES - Rates are quoted in South African Rand. Rates are subject to change. Confirmed reservations will be honoured. Rates are exclusive of VAT.

    PAYMENT POLICY - We may not accept any foreign currency, however we do accept cash. In order to guarantee the reservation, full pre-payment 14 days prior to arrival, or, if the reservation is made within less than 30 days of arrival, 2 working days after making the reservation a 100% of the total booking fee is payable. Payments to be made via Electronic Payment Transfer (EFT).

    CANCELLATION POLICY - Should the reservation be cancelled on the day of arrival, the total amount of booking will be levied. There will be a handling fee of R150.00 on all cancellation of bookings. For cancellations in the HIGH DEMAND period irrespective of the date of cancellation, you will be liable for 100% of the booking fee. We may also levy a 100% cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival. For premature departure you will be liable for 100% of the total booking fee.

    PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR YOU CLIENTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARE AWARE OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING AT OUR ESTABLISHMENT.

    NON PET FRIENDLY. The owner herself is truly a pet lover, however, due to sharing the bed and breakfast with a number of guests we regtetfully cannot accommodate pets.
